01.- Legally married couples must be between 30 and 65 years old when attending the 120-minute vacation ownership presentation together at Club Solaris Resort. You are required to keep one day free of other obligations (It cannot be either the day of arrival or the day of departure from the hotel). Must present a valid government-issued picture ID that includes their age and address as their spouse's or Marriage Certificate will serve as proof. Their combined annual income must be at least USD 50,000. Newlyweds must bring their original marriage license or certificate if they do not have matching identification within a 3-month period of their marriage. Both spouses must attend the sales presentation. Individuals in the divorce process or separated are not eligible to use this promotional package. 02.- Legally single women must be between 30 and 65 years old when attending the 120 minute vacation ownership presentation at Club Solaris Resort. Full-time employment only or Retirees with annual salary or investment income per household equal to at least USD 50,000 part-time does not qualify for this promotion. 04.- The qualifying single person, or one of the spouses in a legally married couple must bring and present at least two (2) valid major credit cards in the name of the qualified person(s) at the time of checking into the resort or else that person will not be allowed to check into that Hotel, cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express (We do not accept credit cards in the name of a non-qualifying person or corporate credit cards, check cards, extension credit cards, debit cards, and debit cards that function also as credit cards are NOT accepted). Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY. 05.- Offer is valid only for residents of the USA or Canada* who meet all other qualifications. A valid USA or Canadian government-issued ID must be presented by all guests. Non-citizens must have been residents for at least 5 years and the present US or Canadian government-issued ID. *Quebec, and Montreal Canada residents do not qualify. 06.- Both have to speak and write fluent English or Spanish and be able to read and sign a legally binding agreement without the help of a translator. 07.- This package does not apply for clients traveling for special events, as it is informed but not limited to, Group Travel, Weddings, Conventions or family groups. Only one package purchase per friend or family is allowed for this or any similar promotion. If friends and/or family staying at the same resort during the same or similar dates occupies two rooms, a higher rate must be paid for the 2nd room. 08.- Only people who arrive at the hotel's destination by airplane will qualify for this package. Please keep your airline ticket stubs available. 09.- Travelers who do not meet these requirements will lose their status of being a Qualified Prospect for this package resulting in the travelers paying the rack rate of the hotel for the total of the stay. 10.- Fees and tips - Environmental Sanitation Tax: All travelers will be required to pay upon check in a daily tax per room per night regardless of the occupancy. Tax fee in Cancun is $72.62 and for Cabo $36.31 Mexican Pesos. The following do not qualify for this promotion and therefore will lose their status as a Qualified Prospect resulting in the payment of the hotel rack rate: a) Owners or employees of the travel industry-related individuals. Property owners do not qualify for this promotion. b) You are not eligible if you have previously toured any of the Club Solaris resorts within 6 months prior to your arrival or if you have already used a marketing promotion with Club Solaris Resorts twice in a lifetime.c) If friends and/or family are traveling together with different confirmation numbers, none of them will qualify for the promotional package and will be required to pay the rack rate. d) The omission of information and/or misleading of pertinent information regarding group travel may be subject to your reservation being canceled without notice. Club Solaris Resorts reserves the right to cancel and/or change your reservation location to an equal or better resort as circumstances so require it.
